About the hubs
Methodology and verification standard
SCIH and FBIH are open source intelligence products written for Slovak state administration, principally the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and the Ministry of Defence, and for security analysts working on the two regions. Each hub publishes one situational briefing per monitored cycle, normally weekly.

Every substantive statement in a briefing carries an inline marker showing how strongly it is held. The marker sits in the sentence it applies to, together with the sources behind it, so a reader never has to guess where a claim came from.
- FACTTraceable to a primary source, or corroborated by two independent sources.
- ANALYSISInterpretation by the analyst. Adversary sources are graded ANALYSIS on narrative and never FACT.
- UNCONFIRMEDOperational estimate resting on a single secondary source.
Adversary sources, meaning state outlets and pro-Russian channels, never carry a FACT grading regardless of how widely they are picked up. Where such material is relevant it is reported as ANALYSIS on narrative, which records what is being pushed rather than treating it as established.
What TLP:CLEAR means
TLP:CLEAR is the most open level of the Traffic Light Protocol, the standard used to mark how far information may be shared. Material marked TLP:CLEAR carries no distribution restriction and may be published, quoted and forwarded freely, subject to normal copyright. Everything on this site is TLP:CLEAR by definition. Internal working material, source logs and calibration records are not part of this archive and are never published here.
How the archive is kept
Finished briefings are written in the analyst workspace and this site reads them from there directly, so what you see is the published text without a second editing step. The archive refreshes hourly. This version of the site is English only. Slovak versions of the briefings exist and a language switch is planned, together with the incident timelines.
